RCT recycling crushing technologies GmbH is jointly owned by Dingsheng and Stefan Hartl. Stefan Hartl, together with his family had been the owner of Hartl Powercrusher, an Austria-based international well known manufacturer of mobile recycling plants, for over 75 years in the past.
